At IVS, we provide a generous benefits package for full-time employees and their families. Our benefits include:
- Health and dental insurance (Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama)
- Short-term and long-term disability insurance (employer pays half of premium)
- Vision insurance (HumanaVision)
- Life insurance ($25,000 policy, paid by employer)
- 401K Plan (beginning at second month of employment, with employer contributions beginning at seventh month of employment)
We also provide all personal protective equipment for field/shop employees, along with a yearly steel toe boot subsidy of $125 (office personnel that occasionally work in the field/on the shop floor receive a boot subsidy every two years).
